Bhubaneswar, (Reporterspen), Aug 26: On Sunday night, at least five miscreants allegedly vandalized a liquor shop in Bhubaneswar’s Laxmi Sagar area, demanding free alcohol bottles.
The group of youths forcibly entered the store and attempted extortion. The incident, which was recorded on CCTV, showed the store staff being manhandled and glass items being destroyed.
The disturbance lasted about 15 minutes before the employees managed to drive the miscreants out of the shop.
The Laxmi Sagar police have registered a complaint and initiated an investigation. Authorities have identified the suspects and are actively working to apprehend them.
