Weather News: Bhubaneswar, (Reporterspen), Nov 15: Amid ongoing dry weather conditions, the night temperatures in Odisha are expected to drop by 2-4°C over the next 4-5 days, according to the regional center of the India Meteorological Department (IMD).
In its extended weather outlook for November 15-21, the IMD forecasted that minimum temperatures (night temperatures) in parts of coastal Odisha and extreme South Odisha will range between 18-20°C. For other parts of coastal Odisha, adjoining districts, and parts of interior Odisha, the temperature is expected to be between 16-18°C, while the remaining areas of the state may experience temperatures between 12-16°C.
For the period from November 22-28, night temperatures are expected to remain between 16-18°C in parts of coastal Odisha and extreme South Odisha, 14-16°C in the rest of coastal Odisha, adjoining districts, and parts of interior Odisha, and 10-14°C in other areas. The IMD also indicated that temperatures may remain normal in isolated pockets of coastal Odisha, while other areas may experience below-normal to appreciably below-normal temperatures.
