BJP unveils star campaigners list for Odisha elections, PM Modi leads charge

Bhubaneswar, (Reporterspen) April 23: The Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) unveiled its star campaigners list for the dual elections in Odisha on Tuesday. In a communication addressed to the Election Commission of India (ECI) and the Chief Electoral Officer (CEO) of Odisha, Arun Singh, the national general secretary of BJP, listed 40 leaders who will spearhead the party’s campaign for both the Lok Sabha and Assembly elections in the state.

Leading the roster of BJP’s star campaigners in Odisha is Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The list features a cadre of Union ministers, chief ministers, and senior leaders.

Among the Union Ministers named are Rajnath Singh, Amit Shah, Nitin Gadkari, Ashwini Vaishnaw, Smriti Irani, Jyotiraditya Scindia, and Dharmendra Pradhan. Additionally, Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma are slated to campaign for BJP candidates in Odisha.
The star campaigners list also encompasses several prominent leaders from the Centre, including national president JP Nadda, along with state leaders.
