Naveen Patnaik to begin election campaign in Hinjili tomorrow

Bhubaneswar, (Reporterspen), April 23: Chief Minister Naveen Patnaik is set to launch his election campaign for the forthcoming Lok Sabha and Vidhan Sabha elections, commencing from his constituency of Hinjili in Ganjam district on Wednesday. As the president of the BJD, Naveen will address two public gatherings near Hinjili and Sheragada, areas falling under his constituency where he seeks re-election for a sixth term.

Accompanied by his close aide and Nabin Odisha and 5T chairman V K Pandian, Naveen will embark on the campaign trip. Additionally, BJD’s Aska Lok Sabha candidate Ranjita Sahu is expected to join the campaign.

The Chief Minister is scheduled to arrive in Hinjli at 10:30 am and proceed to the meeting venue. Subsequently, he will head to Sheragada by 11:30 am to address another public gathering.

Earlier, on Monday, a meeting of the party’s women workers was convened in Hinjili. Additionally, rituals were performed at various temples, praying for the long life and well-being of the Chief Minister.
